Cold Wet, Dark Winter Hits Cape Town

It's actually pouring rain in Cape Town as Winter is wet, humid, windy and dark with power cut woes worsening the situation in South Africa's Legislative Capital. Temperatures have fallen drastically to around 13°C with locals not only needing to walk around with heavy jerseys but with umbrellas as well if it's not windy. In a city such as Cape Town it is very difficulty to stay in one place but business is commencing even in the middle of the night as electricity has become a precious treasure to utilize when it's available. It's actually best to work with the meteorogical office and ESKOM schedule to be in sync with their patterns so that one is in uniformity with what will be happening. Uber, In drive and etc are normally busy in this wet, dark and windy, Winter as thieves are also operating, so boarding taxis saves a lot. The current showers are expected to approximately persist till Sunday stretching into next week with low temperatures and darkness accompanying them. Tomorrow, Tuesday will likely be cloudy with precipitation and temperatures will be at 16°C/13°C noon and in the evening.

ESKOM : WARNING POSSIBLE STAGE 8
