Man City Champions Again As Gunners Fall

Man City are clear champions without opposition for the third time in a role as Arsenal succumbed to a 1 nil defeat at Nottingham forest in an English Premier League match played  today. Guardiola's men quickly closed in on the Gunners who topped the league since it's inception this season. City who were in a celebratory mood after they just defeated their last season's hinderance: Real Madrid in their race for the UEFA Champions' League trophy have already won the EPL without lifting a boot. Pep Guardiola has proved that Arteta is astute student and has learned well by trying to wrestle the Premiership title from him. Guardiola's men now face Chelsea in their last home match tomorrow.

Queen's Park High To Premiere Shakespeare's MacBeth At The Theatre

The harnessing of new actors starts as Cape Town's Queen's Park High School are set to participate in the 13th Shakespeare's Schools Festival theatre for Shakespeare's drama titled Macbeth which will be showcased at Star District Six, Theatre in Cape Town, South Africa on the 24th of this month. Tickets are now being sold and the drama will start on a Wednesday  from 1930 hrs to 2130 hrs. A brief synopsis on the drama novel, Macbeth gives an insight into the spiritual world being transitioned by Witches who prophesy the ascendency of MacBeth from a military General into the King of Scotland and Banquo his companion would not be king but rather his siblings would according to the Witches. Loadshedding To Persist & Intensify In SA

South Africa is set to plunge more into dark Winter as ESKOM introduced stage 5 this week highlighting that electricity is set to be switched off between 4pm to 5 am commencing today onwards. Media reports quoted Julius Malema the leader of South Africa's third biggest party Economic Freedom Fighters, saying the grid is likely going to collapse which may cause total darkness thereby likely to instill a revolution in the Southern African country. However, the new Minister of Electricity, Kgosientso Ramokgopa argued that South Africa will improve on its electricity generation and is likely to be on a better position in December. Ramokgopa said the country will import 4000 Megawatts from Mozambique and internally generate 2000 (MGW). Malema argued that the government was not maintaining it's existing grids and also pointed out on corruption as a major draw back. SA Needs To Fix The Economy

It does not need a doctor of Economics to advise that South Africa's economy needs attention as it is too visible for even a layman can comment and recommend solutions. Factor number 1 that has affected SA's economy is the electricity crisis that has exhibited a more visible harm to business than anything else. The electricity crisis has inhibited the construction industry in a big way as substitution of  electricity with generators is expensive and it has led to massive job cuts leading to an increase to unemployment figures. Other industries that heavily depend on electricity have also been hit hard especially the technology sector and security sector. Factor number 2 that has made an impact on the SA economy was the printing of new money even though authorities have argued that it is in sync with international standards it is clear that putting or printing new notes spirals inflation.
